One9 is an artist whose paintings are based off of rhythm, tones, energy, and negative sp ce. A current resident of Bedstuy, Brooklyn, One9's paintings has been featured in the 3rd Wave: The Planet of Brooklyn Transitions, All Hip Hop.com's REBIRTH OF ILL, Frank White "The Dead Up Series" and "The Walls Belong to Us" Exhibit and Art Benefit. In addition to his paintings, One9 was an Art Instructor in the DC public school system and conducted a workshop at the Smithsonian Institution's "Seeing Jazz Festival"
